The Focus T25 Workout is the brain child of professional fitness trainer Shaun T, better known for his Insanity, Insanity: The Asylum, Hip Hop Abs, Rockin’ Body and other home workouts. Major university studies have proven the value of shorter, more intense workouts. This workout was created at the specific request from Carl Daikeler, Beachbody’s CEO. He went over every detail because T25 was going to be his personal program. It is 60 days, 25 minutes of complete Focus with no breaks between moves. Done 5 days a week, you will get an hours worth of results.
Focus T25 focuses on different moves for different body parts. Upper body, lower body, speed and agility. If you are familiar with Insanity or Insanity: The Asylum, you will recognize some of the moves. But keep an eye out for some new crazy moves that will challenge you and your body. Plus….all the moves are sent to some great music in a doable choreograph fashion unlike Insanity or Asylum.

The Alpha phase is the Foundation Phase of Focus T25. During this time you will Focus on the moves that will start to prepare your body to really work. You will begin to see how your muscles work in order to use the correct form for all of the Focus T25 moves. Going through this phase is the beginning of your 60 day journey.
Now that you know the moves, it is time to Focus on your Core. This is the focal point of the Beta Phase. You will hear everything called Core. Core Strength, Core Moves, Core Speed. Now is when it starts to kick in. You will start to feel your body tighten and tone.

The Gamma Phase is all about strength. Everything is designed around your own strength. Using dumbbells or resistance bands during this phase is important. The use of great form and great technique is essential during this phase for optimal benefit.
Anyone can start Focus T25 from the very beginner to the Insaniacs. As is a custom with all of the Beachbody products you can always use modification.
